The Colloquium "The Crafts of Strategy : Strategic Planning in Different Contexts” is organized by the Toulouse University Graduate School of Management (IAE) and Oxford University Saïd Business School. It will be held at the IAE on 22-23 May, 2006.
The colloquium aims to promote interdisciplinary conversation between historians, sociologists, management scholars and senior practitioners. To maximise exchange, there will be no more than 30 participants. There will be a themed issue of Long Range Planning on the same issues: details forthcoming at www.lrp.ac.

Henry Mintzberg, Cleghorn Professor of
Management Studies at McGill University in Montreal has agreed to be the colloquium keynote speaker. Well known for his studies and publications on strategic development and managerial practice, he will honour us by introducing major themes for the colloquium. |
